The mechanism of management of development of socially-oriented economy of the region is an algorithm consisting of a set of projects and programs of activities lined up in a logical sequence. The implementation mechanism of management requires a deep analysis of the situation in the region, based on the collection of high-quality source of information, its analysis and interpretation. The quality of information is entirely dependent on its completeness and accuracy of information and not only experts from the leadership of the region, but also the heads of companies, organizations and individual entrepreneurs should be involved to the collection. The study of the characteristics of the internal and external environment of the region will develop solutions to correct the previously developed strategies to implement measures to harmonize the provisions of the updated concept with the requirements of the legislation and, what is most important, to the coherence of social values, norms and targets.
