Under analysis are the peculiarities and currency of organisational approach as a methodical basis of "Universal organisational science". General features and differences of methodical instruments oforganisationalaproach and a number of universal sciences and aproach methods are under study. The currency of usage and development of organisationalaproach are grounded as well as under study aare the possibilities and effectiveness of using organisationaslaproach while designing ljcation and radar systems.
