Abstract:
The Binary star Data Base (BDB), provides astronomers with the data for binary and multiple stars from all observational categories. We present the form and contents of the database and the implementation issues: the object identifiers problems and interoperability with other databases. Our future work to extend the capabilities of BDB is also discussed.
