Abstract:
Dynamical model of formation of vitreous systems with ordered occlusion and structures of such systems were extended, basing on results of analysis of cooling curves, reflecting processes of formation of structural levels in real time scale, diffraction and microscopic invtstions of partly - ordered alloys of tellurium - germanium system.
