Abstract:
Dynamical structural transitions in low-temperature supercooled melt were founded, structural peculiarities of surface layers were distinguished and formation of this layers has been investigated, basing on results of analysis of cooling curves, reflecting processes of vitrification in real time scale, diffraction and microscopic investigations of the ordered alloys of tellurium - germanium system.
