State and tendencies of the intelligent tutoring systems development are analyzed. Features of the tutoring integrated expert systems are considered. The experience of development and usage of the integrated expert systems, based on the task-oriented methodology and supporting it instrumental complex AT-TECHNOLOGY, in learning process of NRNU MEPhI is described. Base principles of the tutoring integrated expert systems prototypes design intelligent technology and features of program realization of development tools for the tutoring integrated expert systems elements are considered. Results of monitoring and reengineering of the tutoring integrated expert systems functioning processes are described. Examples of the methods for realization of the basic tasks for the intelligent learning are given. New perspectives of the tutoring integrated expert systems usage are analyzed.
