The comparative analysis of the stationary phase and the ray tracing methods for evaluation of radome effect on antenna parameters from the point of their precision characteristics in comparison with the physical optics method is carried out. Conditions of the stationary phase method applicability are considered. The results of computations are presented. It’s shown that if conditions of applicability are not fulfilled then stationary phase method errors may be greater than ray tracing method er-rors.
