The problem of a ballistic missile boost phase trajectory estimation and impact point prediction basing on angle only measurements from optical sensors is considered. A simple physical model of BM boost phase motion is proposed as well as an algorithm of boost phase trajectory estimation and errors covariance matrix calculation. A procedure of initialization of the algorithm is given. The results of performances analyses of the algorithm by Monte-Carlo method are considered for the trajectories of various types and flying directions for a BM, which is observing by two GEO optical sensors.
