optical observation of space objects
When observing satellites by optical devices the most interest is dedicated to sun-synchronous ones. In this article the observation frequency dependence on latitude, longitude an season is considered. In this modeling only geometrical visibility and sun lightening are included. All atmospherical effects are disregarded. Modeling shows that for continuous all-the-year-round control of sun-synchronous satellites only two latitude distanced telescopes are required (no longitude dependence).
