Results of numerical simulation of radio-optical double resonance in gas cell frequency standard with account of vapor density of the working matters, cell dimensions and its operating temperature are described. Extreme characteristic of gain slope against temperature are shown for various length of cell when using 87Rb or 39K. We present cell optimal temperature according to it’s dimension. Obtained results can be used to justify cell dimension and its optimal temperature choice with a view of realization metrological and operational characteristics of the frequency standard.
