Properties and characteristics of signals with additive fractal structure are researched. For an estimation of a level of complexity the general-purpose numerical measure – fractal dimension of waveforms of signals is used. Methods of frequency compression and elimination of excessive low-frequency capacity of fractal signals are developed, allowing eliminating irrational usage of frequency-power resources. Methods of masking of the useful message by fractal signals are developed. Computer experiment on transmission of a voice message with fractal masking is delivered.
