Possibilities of the serial equipment used now for applying of more uniform galvanic coverings, are almost drained from the point of view, both performance improvement, and improving of quality indicators of received products.
This article considers increase of uniformity of received coverings by usage of the galvanic bath with multianode. The new technology allows to use power supplies of low power for the galvanic processes that will cause power saving.
For realization of the given technological decision the optimization method operating modes of electric current of anode sections is proved and the problem of optimization of process of drawing of a galvanic covering in a multianode electrochemical bath with cyclic inclusion of anode sections is solved. The basic electric scheme of a control mean is finished by the power supply of galvanic bath Flex Kraft that has allowed to increase speed of a control system.
