The purpose of the present work is construction of mathematical model of bases of a stochastic tomography and demonstration of a method of reconstruction of new type. The received results evidently show features and advantages of a stochastic tomography compared to a positron emission tomography time of flight type. Questions of conformity of a stochastic tomography to a return problem of Radon, in particular, to a problem chronotomography are discussed also. For these researches the theory of streams, mathematical and computer modeling are successfully used.
