The influence of superoxide dismutase-chondroitin sulfate-catalase (SOD-CHS-CAT) conjugate was studied in respect to hemodynamics induces and electrocardiogram (ECG) of rabbit and rats at normal and oxidative stress conditions. The oxidative stress was induced by intravenous injection of hydrogen peroxide. The bienzyme SOD-CHS-CAT conjugate is safe for application in vivo and possesses the pronounced normalizing action on hemodynamics indices after its intravenous bolus administration. The ECG has not significant alteration. For the first time it was found the prophylaxy action of SOD-CHS-CAT conjugate in vivo against sprout oxidative stress. The further investigation and development of oral forms of bienzyme SOD-CHS-CAT conjugate for prophylaxy application is going to come the important stage for progress of antioxidant therapy.
