The article proposed an attitude to a system of indicators of an integral quality evaluation processes dataware in a dispersal of non-formalized information resources. The main components that make up the infrastructure of information and defined the tasks of telecommunication systems, which include: providing a technological basis for the exchange of information requests and resources, ensuring consumers' access to information resources (IR) and telecommunication services (which handles requests for information, together with an information infrastructure: dynamic forms of services for finding and delivering the requested R & D and arrange for their provision) to provide transmission services (transportation) requests and IR.
It is shown that in terms of the needs of stakeholders informatization, regardless of their rank and tasks necessary to dataware the provision of infocommuinication infrastructure R & D with the required quality indicators that should characterize the properties of such information as: completeness, accuracy and timeliness. Defined the relationship of quality processes to provide information to the requirements of customers to it, as well as the parameters of infocommuinication systems and the conditions meet the challenges of information security
