The methodology of the analysis of condition of blood circulation as nonlinear dynamic system with the help of computer processing records laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) is offered. By means of the correlation analysis it is shown, that LDF records are fractals and having properties of dynamical chaos. For the analysis of signals methods of the theory of the information and фрактальной geometry are used. Fractal dimension allows to estimate complexity of structure of LDF signal. Fractals properties the LDF signal is applied to comparison Hurst's parameter which can be designed by a method of the normalized scope. Hurst's parameter allows to estimate conditions properties and system during the following moments of time.
