SOL-GEL STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES OF FexCoyОz-NANOPARTICLES IN SOL-GEL SILICA FILMS

Тechniques of silica films preparation with nanosized FexCoyOz inclusions are discussed. Sol-gel method of 2D magnetic matrix preparation based on Co(NO3)2 and Fe(NO3)3 doping precursors is considered. AFM study shows that the mean size of nanoparticles prepared at annealing temperature of 750°С is about 50 nm; they arise only in the case of deposition on silicon substrate due to effect of substrate interface on creation of this phase. XRD shows the presence of nanoparticles with FCC structure and package density of about 82%.
