There are considered the processes of electron transfer in two-dimensional systems with scattering centra. There are found analytical solutions of the two-dimensional Dirac equation for the step-like potential. The solutions obtained can be used for descriptions of potential barriers and potential wells with account of finite band gap and external magnetic field. The transfer coefficient for nanostructures of the magnetic barrier type is calculated and discussed.
