In this article were considered two basic approaches of construction of intelligent decision support systems (DSS): logical and neurocybernetical. Advantages and disadvantages of approaches were also mentioned. The architecture of integrated hybrid intelligent DSS appears to be effective. In such systems the main integrant module (knowledge-based system) interacts with other modules which are in dependence. The architecture of intelligent DSS core is suggested on base of hybrid Bayesian network. The application of the considered approach to gas industry is showed as perspective.
