It is considered the influence of evolution of digital technologies on the system of processing of signals and architecture of onboard radar-tracking systems (ORTS) flying machines as a whole. It is shown that expansion of functions ORTS is directly connected with development of the digital technologies influencing structure and the organization of processing radar-tracking signals. The quantum leap in architecture change as systems of processing of signals and ORTS is connected with occurrence of small-sized computing systems of the open type, allowed to create a radar with digital system of processing, including two basic elements: the processor of signals and the processor of data. The subsequent changes of architecture RTS reflected the reached level in technologies of digital systems and antenna lattices.
