We review collective electromagnetic radiation of electron – positive charged ion microdipoles, caused by photoelectric effect, which takes place when gamma-photon is absorbed in air. Collective radiation conceives modulated white noise with characteristic fall time of 1mcs with sharp weakening of low-frequency subspectrum. It is shown, that when the distance between correspondents is 1 km, the radiation is being well registered on a frequencies of more than 400 Hz whe he signal/noise relation is more than 10 for radiation dozes more than 1014 quanta.
