Anthropogenous loadings on an environment are connected with industrial and economic activities of the person. One of widespread organic pollutants in wastewater of many manufactures is phenol. In paper methods of wastewater treatment from phenols are considered. Traditional methods of extraction of phenols from water evaporation, extraction, adsorption and others, as a rule, energy-intensive, their high efficiency is reached at use of the unwieldy equipment, process of operation and which service is technically combined difficult and wasteful. New ways of decomposition of organic chemistry are based on influence of factors of the electrophysical nature. Effective technologies on the basis of a complex of the factors developed at generation of discharges in liquids recently develop. High-energy factors create an optimum set of conditions of the reactionary environment without use of high-temperature modes and necessities of input of oxidizers. The purpose of the given work was research of efficiency of decomposition of phenol in water the device successfully realizing a principle synergism of factors. By results of the lead researches the technology of clearing and disinfecting of water on the basis of complex use of influencing physical factors high-current the pulse electric discharge is offered.
