Article is devoted to the approach to the analysis of stability of systems of organizational, economic and social types widely distributed in practice. Properties of these systems: an artificial origin, participation in them of active elements, complexity, development, self-organizing. Despite of known approaches to the decision of a problem of the analysis of stability in such systems, the received results for some reasons hardly should be counted satisfactory. In this connection, the technique of an estimation of stability of the organizational, economic and social systems, based on usage of the device of fuzzy logic and the expert approach is offered. The stability criterion of the marked systems is developed, including, permitting to predict behavior of such systems in the future.
The offered algorithm will consist of the following generalized stages: selection of experts; choice of the most informative attributes; estimation of qualitative attributes; estimation of quantitative attributes; choice of criteria and indistinct conditions of stability of system; check of indistinct conditions of stability of system.
