The way is offered is information-entropijnoj estimations of biophysical signals with use of optimum quantity of intervals of grouping of the data corresponding to the minimum error of an estimation of entropy. In article the two-modular system of computer diagnostics of a condition of cardiovascular system of the person on the basis is described is information-entropijnoj estimations сфигмографического and кардиографического signals with the minimum displacement of an estimation of entropy which is connected with errors of an estimation of density of probability of the measured parametre. To the analysis were exposed сфигмографический and кардиографический signals in the form of discrete sequences of values registered simultaneously a sphygmograph and the cardiograph during identical quantity of pulsations. It is proved that the quantity of intervals of grouping, at an estimation of density of probability, depends on the form of density of probability: the more its curvature, the большее quantity of intervals is required for minimisation of an error of an estimation. If at calculation of entropy not to minimise an error of an estimation by splitting into optimum quantity of intervals of grouping values of estimations of entropy of signals of the sick and healthy can coincide to within an estimation error.
Thus, use of optimum quantity of intervals of grouping of the data corresponding to the minimum error of an estimation of entropy, allows to raise sensitivity of a method of an estimation of a condition of the patient on biophysical signals.
