The results of numerical simulation of the focusing effects deal with interaction of cylindrical wave with ideal and modify metamaterial’s lenses with finite size and losses are presented. The field’s structures in the regions of inner and outer focuses were investigated basing on strict solution of boundary value problem by modify method of discrete sources. The method of geometrical optic was applied for calculation of rays picture and interpretation of strict numerical solution of the problems. It is shown that for such types of lenses its resolution is subjected to Relay condition and super focusing effect is absent. The space distributions for field inside and outside of lenses are presented for different values of refractive index and losses.
