This paper present description of complex adaptive method for reception high qualitative vertical - oblique ionograms of ionospheric chirp sounding. The method intended for detection and extraction signal in frequency domain provided the full apriority indeterminacies of distribution laws signal parametrs. The method is based on man-made interference rejection, signal detection in dechirping signal spectrum and compressed chirp signal extraction only in spectrums with useful signal.
Experimental result of developed method was given. It is shown high adaptation affectivity to time variety propagation conditions. Selection component of complex method is influenced radio line length, season of year, time of day and solar activity. The developed complex method with propagation conditions adaptation allows automates process of ionogram processing. And use of this method allows raising efficiency for sounding radio line parameters estimation.
