In this article connection of uncertainty in measurement and correlation uncertainty has been showed. Calculation correlation uncertainty in the equation of motion of electron has been realized. Model of fluctuation electron has been made. Semi-classical case for electron in spatial charge has been considered. Calculation construction characters of magnetrons are made.
