On a basis of Markhov theory of optimal nonlinear filtration of random processes with use of the method of the integrated ap-proximation a posteriori density probability the algorithm of processing of signals is synthesised of deep integrated of the satellite navigation receiver and inertial sensor. It is resulted the analysis of accuracy and noise immunity characteristics of synthesized algorithm.
