Algorithms for synthesis of quasi-orthogonal alphabets of symbols with uniform in pairs by modulo cross-correlation functions from sets of discrete phase-coded sequences with zero level of side lobes of cyclic auto-correlation function are developed. The power of alphabets for given length of phase-coded sequences is determined.
