A method of compression of signals, providing a low level of side lobes and low losses in the signal/noise ratio, as well as an adaptive algorithm to detect moving targets on the radar background clutter, based on the decomposition of the correlation matrix interference in a series of eigenvectors. The characteristics of the noise immunity of various embodiments of the adaptive algorithm.
