The lack of a unified approach to the creation and modernization of unified means of control of weapons, military and special equipment and test equipment leads to the fact that over time a large number of different means of control accumulate and new control devices are created for each new model of weapons.
The article proposes a model for building unified means of controlling weapons, military and special equipment. It includes three levels of design: conceptual (K), logical (L) and system (C).
The conceptual level includes the creation of the theoretical and methodological bases for the formation and evaluation of a unified tech-nical policy for the rational construction of unified means of control.
Having formalized the initial data and constructed the design level scheme, a scheme is proposed for applying the CLS approach to the construction of unified means of control.
The use of such mechanisms should contribute to strengthening scientific and technical integration between developers and operating or-ganizations, as well as help to overcome their species dissociation in the field of building interspecific unified means of control.
