This paper introduces the results of experimental study low temperature minus 80°C impact on frequency, power, phase noise power spectral density of VHF XO about 250 MHz.
This paper introduces the results of experimental study of low temperature impact on frequency, power and phase noise power spectral density of VHF crystal oscillator. The test phase noise data of OXO-244 MHz and OXO-249 MHz models at the switching on time at minus 80°C is of some interest.
