Possibilities of modern radar-tracking systems of detection in relation to air traffic control in the conditions of poor optical visibility

It is given materials of opportunities of application of superbroadband and noise-type signals in radar and the infocommunication systems of gigahertz (GHz) range of radio waves. Key parameters of such systems for the purpose of increase of accuracy of determination of coordinates of range and resolution of RLS and possibility of communication systems of a radio communication with mobile land and satellite subscribers are shown. The arising problems are given to development of new superbroadband ranges of radio waves in the directions of application radio engineering systems in increase of their opportunities on prospect by use in such systems of the applied radio frequency ranges towards terahertz (TGTs) waves. The power assessment of the RLS equipment on the power of the transmitter demanded for ensuring range of action in the standard atmosphere (absolute humidity – 7,5 g/m³, pressure of 760 mm hg, temperature 293 K) and rains of average intensity is carried out (~ 5 mm/h). The conclusion locates that one of the perspective directions of application of RLM of detection is also their use as small locational modules on LA. Use of such radar modules on LA is supposed perspective for rather effective detection of land objects in remote areas when use of optical-electronic and television means is limited or it is impossible.
