The basic results of development of technology and the development of new constructive-technological decisions on the basis of a new method of group surface mount electronic components radio electronic equipment that can improve the dimensions and mass characteristics of the spacecraft unpressurized performance and increase the reliability of radio electronic equipment. The new method can be used to manufacture civilian-made electronics with a given level of manufacturability and quality.
