The paper assesses the relationship between the electrical resistivity of lithium titanium ferrites with the temperature and duration of sintering and the presence of a fusible additive in the mode of both thermal sintering and additional radiation exposure. Found that the most significant for the electrical properties of the ferrite restructuring of its structure (effective formation of eutectic grain boundaries) in radiation sintering occurs in the early stages of sintering caused by radiation and intensification of spreading of the liquid phase at the array of grains and stimulation of intergranular slip.
