A feature of the problem of synthesis (design) of products of electronic equipment (hereinafter – REA) and electronic component base (hereinafter – ECB), is the use of electronic and information technologies (hereinafter – REIT), while the characteristics of REA and ECB directly depend on the characteristics of REIT to be applied. And the quality of development depends on the correct choice and application of REIT in the designed product. The performance of these operations is complicated by the fact that the amount of available information on REIT for modern designers of REA and ECB has repeatedly exceeded the resource of human consciousness for its assimilation [6]. There was a situation when information became so much that even to the narrow specialist it became problematic to study it and to use it effectively. In addition, the development and improvement of technologies in this subject area (hereinafter – ABM) is currently ahead of the ability to organize these processes and use the developed REIT with the greatest effect. This is exactly the case when there is a mismatch of technological capabilities and management methods to use these capabilities. This problem also hinders the transfer of technology between the military and civilian spheres.
Formalized design problem, the essence of which is the synthesis of a complex object that has the specified characteristics and meets the specified constraints.
