Integration of information systems in electronic production

JSC «SPE «Radiosvyaz» is hi-tech enterprise of electronic manufactory which works on order-related production model. Main areas of production process covered by different software systems: CAD systems, financial accounting, HR recordkeeping, e-document flow, production-planning systems. Some systems from this list are developed by department of Automated systems of enterprise man-agement. It allows to increase transparency of business processes and minimize costs. Aglie methodology used in the design and devel-opment of software systems. This methodology is best suited for rapidly changing requirements. Integration of software is carried out immediately after development and testing. All software systems are integrated into common information space. Integration based on data bus technology. Technologies such as Windows Communicatipn Foundation (WCF) and Appllication Programming Interface (API) implements software system integration. Various data format are used for data transmission: eXtensible Markup Language (XML), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) and plain text data. There is data transferring from CAD system «Askon Kompas-3D» into production planning system «Slyzhebnie zapiski». Production planning also based on data from PLM system «Lozman». Software systems use Database management system (DMS) Microsoft SQL Server. Data transferring between e-document system «1C Dokumentooborot» and CAD systems Askon are implemented with integration service which use library «V83». Data transferring between «1C Buhgalteriya» and production planning system implemented with using of common instance of DMS.
IP phones, SMD component placer, automated storage and retrieval system Kardex are integrated into the information system of the
enterprise (industrial Internet of things). These devices are controlled by HTTP requests. This devices provides real-time analysis of pro-duction process to monitor the situation and improve manageability, as well as reduces the risks of the human factor in production.
The paper deals with the features of the implementation of the integrated management system of the enterprise «SPE «Radiosvyaz» carried out by its own department of Automated systems of enterprise management. The approaches of flexible application development, as well as the stack of technologies used in the implementation of the information system used by the main flexible production, showed the possibility of using for the design, implementation and implementation in the dynamic production of applications of own development and third-party applications, modified to solve production problems.
