Reconstruction of spectral images based on the analysis of spectral intensities

This paper considers the reconstruction of spectral images based on the analysis of the full spectra stored in the form of a three-dimensional data array XYλ. Based on the chosen method, a practical reconstruction of the spectral image is presented, and an analysis of the selected comparison spectrum can be carried out at any time and in various ways after the experiment. The advantages of using the XYλ spectral data array as a set of two-dimensional images are revealed. The presented work shows the possibility of using traditional laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM), in which the recording of images is not amenable to, spectral LSKM keeping detailed spectral information about the object being analyzed, change the set of comparison spectra or parameters of spectral images in accordance with the new research algorithms measurements.
