Self-cognition of the virus as an evolutionary embryo of the brain

The functional system (FS) as an actual dynamic neurophysiological formation emerges urgently or is systemically formed in order to obtain an adaptive «useful result» (PK Anokhin 1935). The life of the virus before and after introduction into the host cell as a variant of the life of a specific stem cell (SC) with its stage of differentiation as shown above in Fig. 7 and the further formation and development of the organ to the finished mature «organism»  a viral particle that eventually leaves the host cell, or remains permanently in it, can be represented in the form of a functional diagram of P.K. Anokhin.
Neurocomputer «EMBRYON» allows to obtain a quantitative model of the morpho- and systemogenesis of an ensemble of separate interconnected and mutually functioning cells or morphogenesis of whole brain structures in ontogenesis.
An example of quantitative modeling of the time of a discrete virtual space in the form of a set of possible probable states of the personality or ψ (U) - subjective reality (CP) at the time of U = 0 is presented on the neurocomputer, as well as the influence of phylogenesis (S = 110) on the intuitive choice of the event in current Uk moment (U2 = 1) of the subjective time U.
Thus, the general cognitive biological theory of the brain (OTM) should be a theoretical description of the stem cell differentiation process (SC) in terms of the molecular genetic language [1, 2, 8] in the form of a hierarchy of functional systems of PK Anokhin [9]. The genome of the SC consists of self-serving mutually interacting virus genes that, during stem cell differentiation, form the brain in the form of a specialized controlling and coordinating multicellular organ of a single family of cells of a whole multicellular organism.
