In the paper investigates nonlinear properties of pessimal reactions of neurons is given. The ambiguity associated with nonli-nearity has been shown on a number of neuromodels, which allows using the proposed methodology for the development of new biomedical technologies. The presence of a certain level of the hyperpolarizing potential on the neuron membrane significantly influences the process of changing the parameters of the spike pulses. The effect of amplification of excitation on any exciting inputs, which at low levels of hyperpolarization leads to an acceleration in the change in the parameters of the spikes with increasing excitation, changes to the completely opposite and begins to exert the opposite effect. That is, under conditions of significant hyperpolarization, an increase in the excitation force along any exciting inputs leads to a slowing of the onset of changes in the spike parameters when the general excitation is increased. This is observed in real biological neurons, which is absent in the known concepts of their modeling. Such an effect was first shown exclusively on the neuromodel, and only then did numerous experimental confirmations.
