In experiments on alert rabbit it was shown that elaboration of all types of internal inhibition identified by I. P. Pavlov s causes the increasing of the slow oscillations of potentials, background and evoked, and intensification of phase activity, alternation of activation and inhibition in the work of neurons, or locally in the structures of the conditioned stimulus, or, as the inhibition deepens, more and more generalized. The derivative of gamma-aminobutiric acid (GABA) strengthens both inhibitory and exciting components of answers of neurons of a cerebral cortex and improves distinction of the activating and inhibitory stimuli.
On the basis of this information it is possible to suppose that a cessation of the excitation output from the conditioned stimulus to the effectors by the elaboration of internal inhibition is the result of the specific process of relative intensification of GAMK-ergic hyperpolarization inhibition due to the increasing in reactivity of local and general cerebral inhibitory systems.
Experiments on models of net from exciting and inhibitory neyrons reveal genesis and a value of observed bioelectric pheno-mena and show that for reliability of their work it is necessary to use knowledge of neurophysiologists of work of a brain.
