Radar operating frequency, pulse width and pulse repetition frequency is a crucial parameter for radar classification problems. The article devoted to radars density distribution by operating frequency, pulse width and pulse repetition frequency derived by data collected from open sources. Existing and proposed radars density distribution was compared. Radars density distribution by relative operating frequency was analyzed. Radars density distribution by pulse width and pulse repetition frequency is reported. Reliability of distributions is estimated.
