The method of coordination of decisions in development of conflict nuclei in the interests of synthesis of information systems

The method of formalized representation of the process of coordination by the customer of the requirements specified in the technical task for the developer to synthesize the appearance and methods of applying the hierarchical multi-level information system, the characteristics of the appearance of the conflict nuclei in the form of an iterative algorithm for making a hierarchical system of solutions is proposed. The method is based on the system approach, methods of hierarchical multi-level systems, decision-making, analysis of complex systems and optimal allocation of resources. The application of the proposed method allows you to formalize the process of solving the problem of development and subsequent coordination with the head role of the customer requirements for the characteristics of the appearance of the conflict cores.
