Constantly increasing role of an aerotechnical complex in the solution of economic and defensive problems of the country requires the choice perspective technical solutions for the purpose of increase in unification and efficiency of the radio engineering means used both onboard piloted and unmanned aerial vehicles, and in airfields, airfields, the ships of navy, ice breakers, vessels of merchant fleet, etc. And, the made technical solutions have to be applicable in the maximum degree for equipment of aircraft of various classes, types and departmental accessory.
Thus, a current problem for the ships and sea vessels with single and incidental basing of aircraft and also for small airfields and airfields is now creation of such multipurpose system which will provide technical solution of problems of observation, navigation and landing at interaction of land (ship) and onboard subsystems for a wide class of airfields, airfields, the ships and vessels, and will have at the same time rather low cost and won't have problems with placement on aircraft and the earth (ship).
In the present article for the solution of problems of observation, navigation and landing when using aircraft on sea vessels, the low-equipped airfields and airfields it is offered to use the multipurpose system of observation, the navigation and landing constructed on the basis of technologies of automatic dependent observation on the basis of the broadcasting principle, using the international format of an expanded skvitter and the principles of relative definitions on the basis of technologies of the global navigation satellite systems. In article the analysis of the principles of creation of the multipurpose systems of observation, navigation, and landing including used by the aircraft carrying ships is carried out. The perspective directions of development of onboard complexes of aircraft using technologies of automatic dependent observation are presented.
For ensuring safe air traffic and frictionless operation of aircraft of aircraft of general purpose in existing organization structure of air traffic., it is expedient to provide widespread introduction of the offered multipurpose system, considering the fact that development of her basic elements is complete and practically all necessary equipment is produced at the Russian enterprises serially.
