The development of computer technology and information technology, the solution of problems associated with the automation of processing large flows of information and decision-making, has become a priority area of science. In this regard, there is a huge number of problems of discrete nature, the study of which is dictated by practical necessity.
In this article new methods of calculating the Hadamard product of rational functions are considered, allowing to find solutions to some combinatorial and probabilistic problems in an explicit form, in particular, the use of the Hadamard product in the problem of distribution of computer network resources is justified.
