The technology of blockage in the form of a distributed energy technology system is considered. Such a system is formed by a chain of sequential block (block) transformative processes in space and time on the basis of a dimensionless phenomenological equation Lysenko LV for the transformation and transport of physical substances. The rules for the transport and transformation of information are described by the theoretical dependencies of transport-kinetic processes, which were used in connection with financial flows and formed the basis of the formal model. This approach to the modeling of physical substances has become widespread, both with the introduction of new technologies, and in the theory of financial processes. It is shown that the limit of the efficiency of operating modes of a distributed energy technology system is determined by the exponential dependence. From the formal model of the blockade follows the financial and technological interpretation of the number e.
