Noise immunity of command radio line and reliability of control

In this paper, we present a slightly different approach to the basic concepts for any radio technical system, such as interference security, noise immunity and reliability of control, which are different from the established views. Using the example of a radio control line model that operates with binary signals of frequency telegraphy, the basic calculation formulas used to estimate the qualitative indices of such a system are presented. Noise immunity and interference security are internal characteristics of the control radio link. They do not depend on external conditions, including the nature and level of external interference. Undoubtedly, increasing the transmitter power increases the reliability of command line control simultaneously, but the increase of the most important quality
indicator of the radio link – the noise immunity factor – is more effective in increasing the reliability of control, and in control conditions (especially conditions organized by the enemy), the reliability of control strongly depends on the stealth of management signals.
