The ontology and the mission for evolving systems

Situations for using technologies of development by complete information systems are considered. Especial attention is devoted to maintenance of systems’ evolution during development them. Principles, which have to obey in time of functional possibilities growth, are formulated. Start from discovered trends of complex systems evolution as an example smart weapon and their homing devices is estimated structure of such systems. Conclusion is drawing about future of smart weapon: it is transforming constantly to the generic smart weapon. All that is required for the transformation of the heterogeneity group smart weapon into a heterogeneous smart weapon is to ensure the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, moreover, it is quite obvious that the heterogeneous smart weapon automatically belongs to the class of intellectual systems, with the intellect evenly «smeared» throughout the heterogeneous smart weapon complex.
