A new technology of intellectual management decision support for improvement the efficiency of the energy resources providing for an industrial production is presented in this paper. Applying this technology allows to optimize the expenses for energy resources required for a production by establishing the minimal, stable and predictable consumption of them, thereby keeping the enterprise highly competitive. The efficiency is estimated as energy performance (the relation of energy resources consumed to the quantity of outputs produced). Analogues of the presented technology are examined. Within the presented technology the next methods are proposed: 1) the method of designing a scheme of energy resources distribution in an enterprise; 2) the method of designing the topology of the network of data collection and transmission from a variety of energy consumption measurement devices within specified financial and time restrictions; 3) the method of decision support during the actions taken to reduce energy consumption of the enterprise; and the model of the energy consumption data description for their quality assessment to determine the possibility of making decisions based on them. The developed hardware-software solution for the enterprise energy consumption time series data collection, its quality assessment and storing it to the database of the developed web-application for data visualization and analysis named «Online Energy Management Platform» is described. Results of the proposed methods implementation and testing at the Volgograd hardware factory, at the Volgograd aluminum factory, at the Volgograd energy college and at the grocery storage of «Sweet fruit Ltd» are shown.
