Parametrical synthesis of operated matching-filtering devices with inclusion of a nonlinear part between the resistive two-port network and loading

The transfer functions of operated matching-filtering devices presented in a uniform structural kind, for used variants of an external feedback are defined at inclusion of a nonlinear part between согласующим the resistive two-port network and loading. Change of a place of inclusion of a nonlinear part rather согласующего the two-port network leads to change of borders of areas of a physical realizability of the chosen criterion of synthesis. The systems of the algebraic equations meeting requirements to transfer functions of operated matching-filtering devices with the account consecutive and parallel on current or pressure of feedback are generated and solved. In interests of reduction of an order of the equations of the decision are spent to two stages. At the first stage of the decision are received in the form of interrelations between elements of a classical matrix of transfer of the resistive two-port network, optimum by criterion of maintenance of the modules set the relation and a difference of phases of transfer function in two conditions at a minimum quantity of two-poles. One condition is defined by the first set high frequency and the first level of amplitude of a low-frequency operating signal, and other condition – the second set high frequency and the second level of amplitude of an operating signal. At the second stage parameters quasi-optimal two-poles of typical schemes of the resistive two-port networks, providing realization of optimum interrelations in the limited strip of frequencies are defined.
